Email correspondence
Email Disclaimer
This notice applies to correspondence associated with Payout Card X, which is not a bank or card issuer. It explains how to understand those messages and their attachments without changing an existing agreement. This notice is framed primarily for applicable U.S. federal and state law, without displacing mandatory rights under other applicable law.
If a message was not meant for you
A message is intended for its named recipients and anyone authorized to receive it. If you receive it in error, please let the sender know and delete the message and attachments, subject to any applicable right or duty to preserve them. Please avoid further use, copying, or distribution except as needed to report the error or as otherwise permitted or required by law.
Confidentiality has lawful limits
Messages may include confidential information concerning a program, business, or individual. Respect any confidentiality obligations that apply to that information. This notice does not prevent legally permitted or required disclosures, protected reporting to government authorities, obtaining legal advice, or compliance with legal process. It does not make all correspondence confidential merely because this page is referenced.
Privilege depends on the communication
Some communications may qualify for attorney-client privilege or work-product protection under applicable law. Those protections do not arise from this notice alone. If protected material is sent accidentally, no waiver is intended, but the effect of the disclosure depends on the relevant law and circumstances. This notice cannot create privilege or ensure that a disclosure will be treated as a non-waiver.
Commercial discussions and existing agreements
A reference to this notice does not by itself establish or change a contract. An email's legal effect depends on what it says, the sender's authority, applicable law, and any agreed requirements for a commitment or amendment. Electronic communications can have legal effect; this notice is not a blanket denial that an email may be binding. It does not alter an existing governing-law provision or dispute process.
Check unexpected electronic requests
Email and attachments can be delayed, intercepted, corrupted, altered, or delivered to the wrong address. Verify an unexpected request or important instruction using a contact method you already know to be genuine. Do not send sensitive card or account credentials in an ordinary reply. No assurance of error-free or secure transmission is given here, and no liability or remedy that cannot lawfully be limited is excluded.
Lawful processing, retention, and communication rights
Any processing, review, or retention of correspondence for business administration, security, records, or legal purposes must be permitted by applicable law and consistent with the relevant privacy information. This statement does not mean that all messages are monitored or that contacting us provides unlimited consent to monitoring.
Mandatory legal rights remain intact. This notice does not replace sender-identification, postal-address, opt-out, or other commercial-email obligations under the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act or other applicable law. It does not grant consent to future marketing. Use the instructions in a commercial message to unsubscribe and the pages below for contact or privacy questions.
