The card's use conditions remain separate from the product's return policy.

Decide whether the category fits

Evaluate the customer's understanding of the offer, the steps needed to receive the benefit, and the team's ability to support it. Measure completion separately from the commercial result. A card can deliver the promised benefit without proving that the campaign caused additional purchases.
